Our Claripose island dressings are ideal for use as a post-operative wound dressing. The “all-in-one” dressing consists of a non-adherent absorbent pad attached to a transparent, waterproof adhesive backing which is breathable yet impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses.
The flexible backing helps the dressing conform to the body,making it suitable for use on high movement body areas
