Support at Home (home care)
If you receive Support at Home, your aged care provider can pay for eligible products from your budget.
- Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
- Choose "Invoice my NDIS plan manager or aged care provider" and select Support at Home as your funding type.
- Enter your provider's name and invoice email.
- We send the invoice to your provider and dispatch once they approve it.
Your provider may ask you to contribute part of the cost, depending on your circumstances. Some equipment needs an assessment by your provider or an occupational therapist first – ask your care partner if unsure.
