Terumo 1ml insulin syringes come with a fixed 29G x 13mm (1/2") needle and are sold in boxes of 100. The barrel is highly transparent so air bubbles are easy to see, the hub is colour coded by gauge, and Terumo's thin-wall needle allows good flow through a fine gauge. An integrated plunger stop helps prevent the plunger being pulled out.
