Single-use or reusable

Single-use sterile instruments arrive ready to use and are discarded after the procedure, which removes the need for cleaning, packaging and autoclaving. Reusable stainless steel instruments cost more up front but are cheaper per use where a practice already runs a validated sterilisation process.
