A reduced-antigen diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis booster for ongoing protection against whooping cough, tetanus and diphtheria. Supplied as 10 single-dose 0.5 mL prefilled syringes (with or without separate needles) for intramuscular use. Prescription Only Medicine (S4).

Indication & age: Booster immunisation in persons ≥10 years; may be given during pregnancy per national recommendations.

Composition (per 0.5 mL): Diphtheria toxoid ≥2 IU; Tetanus toxoid ≥20 IU; Pertussis toxoid 2.5 µg; FHA 5 µg; Pertactin 3 µg; Fimbriae 2+3 5 µg; adsorbed to aluminium phosphate 1.5 mg (0.33 mg Al). May contain trace formaldehyde/glutaral.
