3M Promogran Prisma Wound Balancing Matrix - All Sizes
Promogran Prisma Wound Balancing Matrix is comprised of 44% oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC), 55% collagen and 1% silver-ORC in a sterile, freeze-dried composite.
Promogran Prisma Matrix contains a compound of silver and ORC and has nominally twice the amount of Collagen/ORC material as the same size of Promogran Matrix Dressing.

Promogran Matrix and Promogran Prisma Matrix maintain an optimal wound healing environment. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialisation and rapid wound healing.

When do I use them
Promogran Matrix and Promogran Prisma Matrix are intended for the management of exuding wounds including:
• Diabetic ulcers
• Venous ulcers
• Pressure injuries
• Ulcers caused by mixed vascular etiologies
• Full-thickness and partial thickness wounds
• Donor sites and other bleeding surface wounds
• Abrasions
• Traumatic wounds healing by secondary intention
• Dehisced surgical wounds
Promogran Matrix and Promogran Prisma Matrix may be used under compression therapy with healthcare professional supervision. In order to maintain a moist wound healing environment, the dressing must be covered with a semi-occlusive or a non-occlusive secondary dressing.
